March Flower Subscriptions

Each week that I order for my flower subscribers - either creating flower designs or paper wrapped market bouquets - I head over to a Minneapolis wholesaler to see what they have. This particular wholesaler also has greenhouses where they grow their own flowers, some hydroponically - sweet, right?!

I had a handful of flowers in my cart to purchase and was not feeling it. Maybe because I’ve been using the same flowers for the past few months - alstromeria, gerbera daisy, lily and spray roses. All good but my people needed a change!

So I hopped on a CA flower farm’s availability list. I felt my body become energetic and excited with the flowers and greenery I chose, so I knew it was meant to be.

It may not feel like it yet, but with us moving towards the warm months more and more ridiculously cool flowers will be showing up across the US. Not to mention on our flower farm!

Top Row: Romantic Antique Garden Rose, Carmel Antique Garden Rose, Camelia

Middle Row: Anemone, Avalanche Narcissus, Snowdrops

Bottom Row: Euphorbia Dog Eyes, Parvifolia Eucalyptus, True Blue Eucalyptus

I’ve been working on the company’s mission and it has come full circle to: Our mission is to have people trust us to create beautiful flowers for the ones they love.

This mission is about growing + designing for our wedding clients as well as our flower subscribers. “Beautiful flowers” to me for you is American grown, locally grown, handpicked with the intention of bringing a sense of ease to you and your space. “the ones they love” - means your wedding guests, your partner, your best friend and always remember the love for yourself.

Until the next flowering adventure,
Steph
