Tropical Meets Bohemian Style August Wedding

It doesn't get any better for a wedding florist than to be given a theme/vibe of a wedding day and told to make it happen in the best way possible. Truly it's a dream come true. Honestly most of my couples are this way as they have to put a little trust into seasonal, floral designs for their wedding day.

Mother Nature can be sneaky, and she may even think funny, to test all the limits each season on what will produce in our gardens because of rain, sunshine, wind, etc. In the same breath this is the main reason I love to design with the seasons as each of our wedding couples will always have a unique design that would be difficult to replicate.

Becca and Patrick said they wanted a combination of tropical and bohemian style. I have to admit this took me a bit to really sit with this design and what flowers and greenery could bring their vision together for their wedding day celebration.

I worked with Fern Trust Co from Florida for the tropical greenery, which was out of this world! Thanks to Peterkort Roses from Oregon for their perfection in lilies and roses. Our garden for some really fun, bohemian style white strawflower to give their wedding vibe that bohemian edge.

This wedding floral design in Bismarck, North Dakota, will be one that I will never forget.
