Introduction

Hey, it’s Steph with Botanica Floristry. Everything has to start somewhere right? Well here I am and hope you stay for the adventure.

Botanica Floristry comes from all my experiences of nature personally and professionally. Growing up we were always soaking up the outdoors camping, fishing and hunting in North Dakota/Minnesota. I graduated with a horticultural and found myself in the Aspen, Colorado area working on a private golf course soaking up the views and working on clients landscapes and designing their container plantings. Plants and flowers have always been part of my life either sketching for a plan, planting and maintaining, or floral designing.

I wanted to combine my love of being outdoors and growing plants with the artistry of floral design for weddings, elopements and events. So why not have be a farmer-florist! This will come as no surprise that separately they are both full time jobs plus raising two lovely ladies at home, it will be a lot. However, I love both growing and designing (and the ladies, yes and you too Bryan…and Henry (the pup)) so much that I have to give this a shot. To show our girls that if you accept the practice of patience and persistence of hard work, the joy of what comes out of doing what you love, you will enjoy life to it’s fullest.

So there you have it in a nut shell. I am here and ready to provide you a sustainable, heartfelt floral design for your wedding day.
