Mother’s Day with Juice Box

The flowers I used in our wrapped bouquets for a Juice Box collaboration were from Twin Cities Flower Exchange (YAY!!!) and Clara Joyce Flowers in Illinois. To be able to create flower designs from flower farms 3 1/2 hours away brings so much joyful energy in my work that I share with you. I hope you can feel it when the flowers are in your presence.

Mother’s Day Arrangement for a Flower Subscriber

Tulips from Clara Joyce Flowers

Sometimes I question why I grow flowers for my wedding clients and flower subscriptions. It’s a lot of work, time, planning and so much patience with Mother Nature and myself.

Then I start working the ground and fun things keep popping up. And I’m like “OH YEAH!!! I love the crap out of growing and harvesting from our gardens”.

But the best part? Adding that excited energy into the flowers that I’ve worked to bring to life for the vision of our wedding clients, which can be years in the making. Also being surprised during the growing season for what will pop up for the subscribers. I’m normally as surprised as you are!

Tulips, Rudbeckia, Clematis, Lemon Balm and Mountain Mint are all starting to emerge. The lemon balm and rudbeckia were supposed to be annual seeds, so just imagine me finding them and in utter shock Mother Nature provided me to give to you!

So good!
